In the unlikely event of a fish that is "Dead on arrival"
please note that we require a picture
emailed to us in the unopened bag within one
hour of receipt of the fish to be able to deal
with a claim.
The options in the event of a "DOA" after
photographs have been supplied in the
unopened bag are.
If a picture is not supplied then any claims will
be null and void.
Option 1 - A refund for the value of the dead
fish in question.
Option 2 - A replacement fish sent with a
future fish order.
Please note there are no refunds of delivery
Due to our strict biosecurity procedures there are
strictly no returns.
